Halloween Costumes

Today, at my school we had a Halloween party at the Cafe so everyone dressed up in different kinds of cosutmes. There were witches, emos, vampires, princess, goths, ghost and even boxes but there was one that was just out of the blue. Literally! I was walking down the hallway when I saw a guy covered in blue body paint, white around his eyes, white powder in his hair, and big white shoes! You got it, he was a smurf. Every one was talking about him and boy did he get a lot of attention . Everyone wanted a picture with him. The yearbook teacher even asked the camera boy to get a picture of him. So next time if you are thinking about getting a prize for your costume, be a smurf. You'll be bluetiful.

You're probably wondering what I was dressed as. I didn't dress up b/c I don't celebrate Halloween . I did bring my Harry Potter glasses there and wore my light - up jack - o - lantern necklace and my skull ring. =P

Well I'm also done my 9 page lab report! whew! It was a whole lot of typing.

P.S. smile and breathe air

I went to the hospital to get my final check up and the LORD really used the doctor as a mouth piece. He told me that I don't need to visit any more because my leg is fine now. I just need to strenghthen it more and do more exercise with it. I'm still very, very paranoid about it and I flinch everytime some one get close to it or about to pat it but that's only because I told God that I 'll take extra precaution of it and work hard not only to strengthen it but to also work hard in school. Lets hope God thinks I should be a film director too. God Bless

P.S. Today at 4:00 am my friend Anson finally took off on the road to the airport which is going to fly him to Miami which he'll board a cruise. Wish him a safe trip and a good time.

Me: You better give me a souvenir or I'll have to kill you
Anson: Yeah, I'll get you a fish. Oh, man that's going to take me a long time
Me: Just get me a fake one
Anson: Oh ... good. That just saved me 2 hours of fishing
Me: Or seven days

P.S.S. At my church we have a missionary that when to Ghana, Africa for a missions trip . Let's pray that God will use her as mouth piece to speak through her to other people there.

Today, I was in the Bulk shop. I was buying Bits & Bites when the radio playing in the store started to play Mine by Taylor Swift I sang along to it and I heard another voice singing to it tool. I looked around and saw this little girl walking with her mom and singing to the song. We pasted each other and she smiled at me as we both sang to it. Science Class: Kindergarden All Over Again

On Friday in the middle of science our teacher announced that if we were quiet she'll give us a treat. We all became silent right away. We're in high school. I'm glad teachers still know how to handle us. MLIA

I hope you enjoyed them. My friend Anson is going on a cruise on Sunday so lets hope he has a safe trip but his saftey is not as important as his buying a souvenir for me, right? =P

The Blind Side

The Blind Side is a movie that's based on a book and real situation. I've been waiting to watch for a long time and I finally watched it, yesterday and it was awesome. It was really heart warming and it's great family movie, a movie to watch with friends, or alone. I really hope you guys get the chance to watch it.

It's about the guy named Micheal Oher and he was homeless untill Leigh Anne took him home so that he doesn't have to spend his night on the streets. Leigh Anne realized that he was staying longer and gave him a bedroom. Leigh Anne's children started to grow fond of him and espcially SJ who loved hanging out with him... Binders and Text Books

Today at Math we had a supply teacher and everybody was laughing because of his heavy russian accent. I tried not to laugh but it's not that easy. Then Kelvin raised his hand because he forgot his text book in his locker, then Jazebb realized that he got the wrong textbook. Then Aburna realized that she forgot her binder in her locker and a whole bunch of people went to their lockers. =P I guess not everyone is prepared. There's also this morning (still in math class). The sub wanted to see what pages we were going to do in the text book so he took my friend, Daniel's but Daniel wasn't done his hmk so when the sub was looking through his I quickly gave him mine. The sub was going to give his textbook back when he saw that Daniel had one. I told the sub that the textbook he was holding was mine. He looked confused, opened his mouth like he was going to say something and looked at Daniel funny. Then muttered, "It's yours?"
"Yeah, it's mine" so he gave it to me. Gave me a good laugh.

I obessed w/ "Lucky"

Lucky by Jason Mraz is my new fave song. After watching this week of Glee I fell in love with the song Lucky oringally sung by Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat. Quinn and Sam has such nice voices that collide just perfectly. Quinn gave me the chills when she started singing, her voice is like a drop of honey.

Shouldn't we all try to do what everybody else is afraid to do. I mean back in when Martin Luthur King Jr. was still alive and he didn't talk about the black and white being together everyone was afraid. MLK made a movement and it cause the best chain reaction ever made. Let us start a chain reaction. Give somebody hope.

Justin Bieber 1 and counting

I think most of you know who Justin Bieber is and that he's a new teenage, boy, singer that has a high voice of a 10 years old. By writing that you'll know that I'm not a fan but not a critique. But I just have to mention this. In his song One Time ... oh I'll just show you :
"Let me tell you one time ( Girl I love, Girl I love you)" He said he'll tell "her" one time but he said "Girl I love" TWO times. =P Also have you noticed that the only number he know is one.

If you haven't noticed I'm a fan of Glee. I watched the episode today and I especially liked it because Quinn finally is falling for someone and I'm happy for her because Sam likes her back and they fianlly went on their first date. I think they should stay together. Do you?

There has been a situation a Chile where a mine caved in trapping atlease 33 miners in and fortunately they got to a safe place to avoid getting hurt. They're drilling underground to get them but they are 2,300 feet/ 96 m down under the earth. They have been trapped their since August 4th and it'll take about 24 more hours before they come out, which is tomorrow. Lets pray that they'll come out safely and it'll never happen again.

Thanksgiving

I really think Thanksgiving is a great day to thank everyone that has given to you and it's also a great day to count your blessings and think about how fortunate you are. I was watching Amazing Race last night with my friends and it took place in Ghana,Africa. I saw all the children there and how they had so much fun under the sun. All they had to play with were sticks and hula hoops. We should really be thankful for fresh, clean, running water, a bed to sleep on each night and so much more. Don't you agree?

Washroom affect

On Thursday at English my friend Anson started a washroom chain reaction. During the middle of the class, after Ms. Panousopolous was done talking he raised his hand to go to the washroom. Then Sally raised her hand to go to the washroom then this dude raised his hand to go to the washroom and etc... The teacher had to wait fo 15 mins before she could farther explain the instructions b/c one after the other, people were going up from their desk just to go to the washroom.
*sigh* What did you do Anson.

Micheal and Deep

Today I went to a memorial for Micheal and Deep. They were these two people that went to my school (Henry Kelsey) and they were and still are friends. After the day of graduation they decided take a swim at an apartment building's pool which is no surprise since summer is hot. They drowned that day and were immediatley sent to the hospital. Deep was pronounced dead but Micheal seem to still have a heart beat and was put on life support. Everyone was crying and shocked at the news. I for one had no idea that happend. I hardly knew them I only knew that they exist in this world and their names but that was it. On that very day my dad and I were going home when we saw two ambulances rush by our car. My dad was curious b/c that rarely happens. I quicly forgot about it.

My dad and I on July 1(The very next day) we were driving down the road to home go and we pasted my school. We saw a whole bunch of people at the front of my school all dressed in black. I thought it was just a gathering. Apprently not. That night I went on my facebook and saw a whole bunch of "Micheal & Deep 2010" I had no idea what happened I clicked on one of the pages and finally learned the shocking news. In my whole life I never saw this coming. I hardly knew them but it stills shocked me. My friend that dated Micheal was depressed, I didn't see her that whole summer but her facebook page told me everything.

Micheal's parents decided to unplug the life supporter they knew who won't wake up. I couldn't help thinking what it that was a person I was really close to? What if i did know them how would have I reacted?

Micheal was a person that was shy, funny and athletec. He wanted to become a professional basketball player when he grew up. He often compare himself to Micheal Jordan his sister decribed their relationship as a love hate relationship and I think that's sweet. Deep was a person with good marks a a bright furture ahead of him.

Today at the memorial the sky was cloudy it was like mother nature was mourning with us. My classmate Jeffery and some other friends of his was sharing some moments about Micheal and Deep. When it was Jeffery's turn he didn't even get to finish his speech when he stuttered on his words . Jeffery is a strong person and is probably the last person you expect shed a tear. I could feel everyone holding back their tears at the memorial. I cried after holding the tears back for a long time as I hugged my friend, she was crying uncontrobally. Life is to short to live on regret and revenge. Sometimes you just have to move on and live life. Micheal and Deep got that taken away from them but I hope that GOD is taken care of them. I also couldn't help but think at the memorial that Micheal and Deep brought us together today and they left something with us that we'll never forget. WE'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER.

My birthday get together

My Birthday party was awesome. My friends came over and we all had so much fun.
For dinner we didn't have the typical pizza and salad. We had steak and mach potatoes which of course is made by my dad (who I think is the best chef in the world , after Gordan Ramsay). We played hide and seek in the dark and we also played Monopoly and took pictures on my web cam. We had a lot of laughs and a lot to share. God bless.

Kalo Meena

"Kalo Meena" means Happy Month in greek and today is one of my favourtie "Kalo Meenas." It's my birthday!
I celebrated with my family by going out to eat Korean Barbeque. I'll be celebrating tomorrow with some of my friends.
